Zimbabwe will give title deeds to 2,500 land reform beneficiaries by March. This is part of a plan to prevent people from owning many farms, make it easier for families to inherit land, and let farmers who want to leave farming sell their land.
President Mnangagwa started the new land ownership system in December 2024. In total, 23,000 A2 farmers and 280,000 A1 farmers will get full ownership. So far, 13,000 farms have been approved for title deeds.

Daniel Garwe is the Zanu PF chairman for Mashonaland East. He spoke to supporters in Murehwa over the weekend. Garwe said changing the Constitution to let President Mnangagwa stay in office past 2028 is allowed and democratic.

Gutu Mission is the only major hospital in Gutu District. It has a broken anesthesia machine. The machine was a donation from Lovemore Matuke. He is a Zanu PF senator.
Matuke said he bought the machine in the US for $25,000. But it is an old model, a Mindray and Datex Ohmeda. It may cost only $6,000. New machines cost $8,000 to $12,500.

A man in Harare told a court his wife had not had sex with him for nine years. Joseph Katumba said his wife, Stella Kangara, refuses because he does not have a job.
