Military forces from Zimbabwe just finished training 110 new instructors at an air base near Chegutu. The soldiers and airmen learned how to teach others about weapons, marching, and ceremony skills. Air Vice Marshal Biltim Chingono watched the graduation happen at Jason Ziyaphapha Moyo Airforce Base. He told everyone that these courses help build strong leaders who follow rules. The training makes sure people can do their jobs properly and protect the country.
One graduate named Earnmore Raurai works as a surgeon with the army. He said the training was really tough and demanded lots of self-control and cleanliness. Another graduate called Jacqueline Moyo wants more women to become leaders in the military. She believes female officers should work hard and prove they can handle important jobs. The woman thinks other ladies should follow her example and move up through the ranks.
The top student from the class talked about needing both mental strength and physical fitness. This person felt proud about finishing first and wants to keep serving Zimbabwe. Military leaders reminded everyone to stay away from drugs and bad substances. They stressed that all defense force members must stick to their principles and avoid harmful habits.
