27 vs 32 Curved Displays AMD Gamers Can't Ignore

Two new curved gaming monitors arrive next month with similar features but different strengths. The smaller XG27WCMS stretches 27 inches and has an extremely fast 280 Hz refresh rate, perfect for competitive players. It offers AMD FreeSync Premium, which prevents screen tearing during fast action. This model brightens dark areas without washing out light spots through Dynamic Shadow Boost. Connections include DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-C, and a headphone jack.

The larger XG32WCS spans 31.5 inches with a 180 Hz refresh rate for those who want more screen space. It displays over one billion colors with better contrast for darker scenes. Both monitors allow height adjustment, swivel, and tilt for comfortable viewing positions. Each screen has the same ports and 400 brightness levels with wide viewing angles. Japanese stores will sell these monitors starting May 23.

Gamers can mount either display on standard VESA brackets to save desk space. The smaller screen costs about $427 with tax, making it more expensive than the larger $335 model. The price difference comes from the faster refresh rate technology. Both feature curved panels that help pull players into game worlds.
