A gutted Turn 10 puts Forza Motorsport on life support with old tours

Microsoft-owned Turn 10 Studios reportedly transformed into a support facility for the Forza franchise following recent workforce reductions. Community members questioned whether developers would maintain ongoing updates for Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon 5. Turn 10 and Playground Games confirmed their commitment to supporting both racing titles through official communications. Forza Horizon 5 achieved greater commercial success than its track-focused counterpart and recently expanded to PlayStation 5 platforms. Industry speculation suggests that Forza Horizon 6 development may proceed despite organizational changes.

The studio reintroduced the Track Toys Tour feature to Forza Motorsport with the 2019 Porsche Motorsport 935 as the associated reward vehicle. This marks the second Featured Tour restoration within Career mode, alongside permanent accessibility for all four series. Turn 10 plans monthly additions beginning with the Ringer Tour on September 4. The developer will continue this schedule until all Tours return to active status. Players can access these racing challenges without time restrictions.
