Airtel Africa Foundation revealed Tuesday its ambitious plan to transform 10 million lives across the continent by 2030. The telecommunications company's charitable division operates through a comprehensive four-pillar approach targeting financial empowerment, education, environmental protection, and digital inclusion. This initiative spans all 14 countries where Airtel Africa maintains business operations.
The foundation employs its FEED framework to deliver measurable results through strategic partnerships. UNICEF collaboration has already connected over 1,800 educational institutions while reaching more than one million students. The program has trained approximately 17,000 teachers in digital education methods across African markets. An Employee Volunteer Programme will mobilize staff expertise to support community development projects as the organization pursues its transformation goals.
