ALLDAY PROJECT debuts as co-ed K-pop group under The Black Label

ALLDAY PROJECT started their music career on June 23 as a new Korean pop group. The five singers work under THEBLACKLABEL music company that producer Teddy runs. Annie, Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan and Youngseo make up the complete team. Their first song FAMOUS came out with a music video before the official release date. The group mixes male and female performers together in one act.

Co-ed groups remain uncommon in Korean pop music today. COOL became the most famous mixed group during the 1990s with summer songs like Aesang and Woman on the Beach. Koyote continues performing as the longest-running co-ed act with hits like Genuine and Our Dream. S#arp mixed different music styles from R&B to dance beats during their time. Turtles sang positive songs about daily life rather than romance themes.

KARD represents modern co-ed groups with tropical and Latin music influences. The group gained many fans around the world and renewed their contracts recently. ALLDAY PROJECT joins this tradition of mixed gender acts that shaped Korean music history. Their debut brings fresh energy to a format that helped define the industry. Music fans want to see if the new group will match the success of famous co-ed acts from the past.
