Analyst says Tagwirei lacks base to succeed Mnangagwa

Political expert Rejoice Ngwenya slammed wealthy businessman Kuda Tagwirei's presidential dreams. The analyst said Tagwirei cannot beat other candidates because he lacks real support from ordinary voters. Ngwenya believes President Emmerson Mnangagwa's team picked the wrong person to replace their leader. The businessman has no connection with regular people who actually vote during elections. Ngwenya warned that choosing Tagwirei would destroy Mnangagwa's political future.

Chiwenga's supporters forced the businessman to leave because he broke party rules. Sources revealed that Tagwirei arrived at party headquarters without proper membership approval. The embarrassing incident showed that the wealthy man does not understand basic political procedures within Zanu PF.
