These Zen 5 architecture chips deliver 16 cores and 32 threads with clock speeds reaching 5.4 GHz. The processors operate at 55W TDP with adjustment capability to 75W. Standard variants contain 64 MB L3 cache while X3D models feature an additional 64 MB 3D V-Cache layer. Both processors target enthusiast mobile computing applications.
The M-ATX board presents a black and white design with 10-phase power delivery systems. Storage connectivity comes through two Gen5 x4 M.2 slots and two SATA III ports.
