Apex Amp v1.2.0 gets a rebuilt interface and hands-on visual controls across Apex Plugins' guitar workstation. The rack view adds analog VU meters, lit chiclet tabs, reactive knob lights, and an OLED patch readout.
Pre-emphasis EQ work gets far more direct. Players can move high-pass, low-shelf, and two peak nodes on the graph, with Q set by the mouse wheel. A live input display tracks frequency activity. Post EQ gains its own moving spectrum view, while tone shaping reaches 18 dB in either direction.
Cabinet setup gets visual control as well. Mic A and Mic B can be moved across the speaker cone to set angle and distance. DAW playback stops; no longer leave synth notes hanging. Existing license holders get v1.2.0 free, while new buyers pay $49 during the intro offer instead of the regular $79.
