Apostle Mwazha was named a national hero after decades of faith

The Zimbabwean government has declared Apostle Paul Mwazha a national hero. According to Permanent Secretary Nick Mangwana, President Emmerson Mnangagwa formally granted this honor.

Apostle Mwazha, who founded the African Apostolic Church, was a highly influential spiritual figure. He was widely known by the affectionate name Mutumwa and built one of the nation's largest indigenous congregations.

The family of Apostle Mwazha will collaborate with officials on the burial arrangements. These plans will respect the family's traditions and preferences.
