Terrell Ephron, known as ASAP Relli, is dismissing his lawsuit concerning a 2021 shooting involving ASAP Rocky. His attorney, Aaron Morris, stated that his client wishes to move on from the incident, which hurt his professional opportunities. The legal dismissal for that specific case is expected imminently.
Ephron will, however, continue to pursue a separate defamation case against Rocky and his lawyer, Joe Tacopina. He alleges that public statements labeling his claims as an extortion attempt damaged his reputation. A criminal court previously acquitted Rocky of all felony charges related to the Hollywood hotel shooting. The rapper had maintained that the weapon involved was a prop firearm loaded with blanks.
