ASRock released two compact desktop computers featuring advanced processors from Intel and AMD. The DeskMini B860 incorporates Intel Core Ultra Series 2 chips with custom B860 chipset motherboards using LGA 1851 sockets. AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 series processors power the DeskMini X600/USB4 through X600 chipset technology on AM5 platforms. Both models consume up to 65W while maintaining efficient thermal performance. The identical exterior design houses components within a 1.92-liter enclosure measuring 155 by 155 by 80 millimeters.
Memory configurations support DDR5 modules up to 128 gigabytes through SODIMM and CSO-DIMM slots. Storage options accommodate four drives through dual SATA and M.2 2280 interfaces with PCIe Gen 5.0 and Gen 4.0 support. Display connectivity varies between models, with the B860 offering dual DisplayPort 1.4 outputs, as well as HDMI 2.1 and Thunderbolt 4 ports. The X600/USB4 variant offers a single DisplayPort 1.4 connection alongside standard USB configurations. Both systems feature 2.5G Ethernet and optional wireless capabilities through M.2 key E expansion slots.
