Atupele Muluzi Rips Open 2019 Vote Scam

Atupele Muluzi attacked the 2019 elections as fake after criticizing Peter Mutharika for being old. The UDF leader said thieves stole the election from him. He felt upset about winning just 200,000 votes during that contest. Muluzi wrote on Facebook that he stayed quiet to keep peace alive. The former president's son said he chose silence over fighting.

Courts threw out the election results because of problems. Muluzi decided to become running mate for the DPP after judges canceled everything. He traveled across Malawi working hard for votes during the new election. His efforts paid off when he helped bring 1.7 million votes to the party. Muluzi said hard work made this happen and not luck.

The politician wants leaders who tell the truth about what they do. He believes Malawi needs honest people running the government. Muluzi said his message goes beyond party politics and focuses on fixing democracy. Leaders must remember the past but also think about the future. He wants bold people to take charge of the country.
