Autodafe just put out their Formant Filter. It does that classic vowel morphing thing, sliding smoothly between A, E, I, O, and U sounds. The whole point is real-time tweaking for musical effects, with just a few knobs for intensity and dry/wet blend.
It runs on pretty much everything. You can grab it as VST3, Audio Unit, or even a standalone app for Mac, Windows, and Linux. There is also a VST2 build for Windows and an LV2 version for Linux heads. The devs built it with JUCE and tested it across all the major systems.
