Baby custody brawl hits Harare home, Olinda vs Dyonne

A messy domestic drama blew up in Harare involving Zimbabwean rapper Stunner, real name Desmond Chideme. His ex, Dyonne Tafirenyika, allegedly forced her way into the home he shares with his current partner, Olinda Chapel. Tafirenyika was reportedly demanding the return of her child, escalating a tense custody situation.

The ex accused Olinda of hiding the child in a wardrobe during the confrontation. Tafirenyika made inflammatory claims about their relationship, stating that Olinda financially supports Stunner through a kind of subscription fee for caring for his kid. Olinda fired back hard on social media, asserting her British citizenship and claiming she alerted her embassy, framing the dispute as a potential international incident. She accused Tafirenyika of making death threats and improperly invoking the name of Zimbabwe's president.

Stunner himself posted a statement, siding with Olinda, whom he called his wife. He expressed frustration over the conflict, emphasizing a need for legal resolution instead of what he called barbaric methods. The rapper warned against anyone using the president's name to shield their actions, confirming authorities were now involved in the matter.
