Court proceedings for National Unity Platform supporters were suspended after defendant Sauda Madada began vomiting blood during bail hearings. Madada holds the position of Inspector General of Police within NUP and recently filed as an independent candidate for Kampala Central Division Councillor after losing the party nomination.
