Bangladesh Government Plans to Appoint Students for Part-Time Jobs

Government adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain wants students to work part-time jobs at government offices. He shared this plan on his Facebook page recently. The Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives and Youth and Sports Adviser believes many office positions do not need full-time workers. Students could fill these roles and earn money for their education. The government would also spend less money on salaries.

Many government offices have tasks that require fewer hours each day. Students could handle these duties between their classes and studies. Bhuyain thinks this arrangement would benefit both groups. Young people would gain work experience and earn income. Government departments would reduce their spending on permanent staff members.

The adviser posted his ideas on social media to share them with the public. He explained that some jobs do not require workers to be present all day long. Part-time positions would solve this problem effectively. Students need money to pay for their education and living costs. Government offices need workers but want to control their budgets better.

This plan could help thousands of students across the country. They would learn valuable skills from working at government offices. The experience would prepare them for future careers after graduation. Officials would save money that they could use for other important projects. Both students and the government would win from this new approach.
