The Bangladesh Cricket Board has confirmed Ireland will tour Bangladesh for two Tests and three Twenty20 Internationals from November through December 2025. Ireland arrives on Nov. 6, and the first Test begins on Nov. 11 at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, followed by the second Test on Nov. 19 at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka.
The Twenty20 series starts on Nov. 27 at Bir Shrestha Shaheed Flight Lieutenant Motiur Rahman Cricket Stadium in Chattogram, with matches on Nov. 29 and Dec. 2. Bangladesh lost its last Test series 1-0 to Sri Lanka in June, but leads Afghanistan 2-0 in a Twenty20 series in the United Arab Emirates. Ireland defeated Zimbabwe by 63 runs in its most recent Test in February, but fell 2-0 to England in September.
