Beatrice About to Get 5000 Jobs from Mureza Auto

A car maker with offices in South Africa plans more work in Zimbabwe. Mureza Auto Company wants to build a new factory at Beatrice for making cars. Marketing officer Chido Nemhara says they need a 10,000-square-meter space just for putting vehicles together. The power system area needs five times more room, at 50,000 square meters. The company wants to hire 5,000 full-time workers after they finish building.

Zimbabwe serves as the main base for all Mureza operations, showing that they believe in African markets. Engineer Fourfold Tendai Chigumadzi leads the company board with car experts who love new ideas. Two main cars come first from Mureza plans—the Shona Sedan car and the T-One Pickup truck. Buyers can choose electric power or regular engines for both models. These choices help people find what works best for them.
