BJP rips into AAP as Satyendar Jain’s empire gets Rs 7.44 crore freeze

The Enforcement Directorate seized assets valued at Rs 7.44 crore from companies connected to former Delhi minister Satyendar Kumar Jain. The Bharatiya Janata Party criticized the Aam Aadmi Party following this enforcement action under money laundering laws. BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh accused AAP leaders of corruption and promised justice for all involved parties. The investigation stems from a 2017 Central Bureau of Investigation case regarding disproportionate wealth accumulated between February 2015 and May 2017. Total attached properties reach Rs 12.25 crore after this latest seizure adds to previous confiscations worth Rs 4.81 crore from March 2022.
