Black Coffee buys R157m Clifton ocean mansion

South African DJ Black Coffee acquired a Clifton mansion for 157 million rand through his company, Little Ark Holdings. The Pentagon property on Nettleton Road stands as the nation's most expensive residential sale this year. Architect Stefan Antoni designed the 940-square-meter home with five bedrooms and ocean views.

The residence features a glass elevator, a cinema, a gym, and a heated infinity pool measuring 16 meters. Staff quarters and parking for five vehicles complete the amenities at the Atlantic coastline address. The purchase follows the entertainer's recent divorce from actress Enhle Mbali. Industry observers praised the global music producer's business achievements after the transaction became public.
