BN’s Sabah election manifesto targets water, power, and jobs

Barisan Nasional's platform for the Sabah state election will concentrate on resolving three primary state issues: water availability, electricity provision, and road infrastructure. Chairman Ahmad Zahid Hamidi announced the coalition's manifesto would also address youth unemployment, investment, and economic development. He noted that approximately 165,000 young people in Sabah are jobless.

The proposed solution involves establishing a new educational framework centered on technical and vocational training. Ahmad Zahid expressed a goal to create local industries so that Sabah residents can find employment within their home state. He revealed the manifesto's launch was strategically timed for a Saturday to maximize media coverage during the campaign period. Barisan Nasional is contesting 45 of the 73 available state seats.
