NVIDIA added the Borderlands video game series to its GeForce cloud gaming service. Publisher 2K Games had removed their titles from the platform when it started in 2020. The company appears to be changing course after adding the Mafia games last month.
Players can stream all main Borderlands games through GeForce. The upcoming Borderlands 4 will be available on launch day. Tiny Tina's Wonderlands remains the only game from the series not offered on the service.
NVIDIA also announced several new games joining the platform this week. Crime Simulator and Date Everything launched on Steam recently. Other additions include Broken Arrow and FBC Firebreak.
The cloud gaming service already offers Sid Meier's Civilization games from 2K. Other major franchises like BioShock and X-COM have not joined the platform. Sports titles from the publisher also remain unavailable for streaming.
NVIDIA is running summer promotions for new subscribers. The company offers discounts on six-month memberships and day passes. These deals let people try the service before committing to longer subscriptions.
