CA Kenya opens ICT intern call

The Communications Authority of Kenya has invited current university students to apply for a three-month internship program. The initiative aims to provide practical experience within the country’s ICT regulatory sector across seventeen different departments.

Eligible students must be enrolled in a recognized university, and their field of study must align with their chosen department. Available units include technical areas like Cyber Security and Frequency Spectrum Management, as well as support functions such as Legal Services, Finance, and Human Resources. Each department has specified qualifying academic disciplines.

Applicants must submit their materials through the authority’s online portal by November 21. Required documents include a one-page curriculum vitae, a cover letter indicating the preferred department, and an official letter from their university confirming student status. The authority stated that it is an equal opportunity employer and that any form of canvassing would result in automatic disqualification. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
