The country's top auditor actually praised a roads agency for once. Controller and Auditor General Charles Kicheere commended the Tanzania Rural and Urban Roads Agency for its infrastructure work. He made the remarks during a meeting with agency management in the Dodoma region. Kicheere noted that despite TARURA being a relatively new institution, its results are obvious through the many roads and bridges built.
