China's Hero Games pitches another soulless mobile survival MMO

Hero Games reveals CrisisX, a survival crafting adventure set in a devastated world. The Chinese studio previously invested in Game Science's Black Myth Wukong before developing this project. Players will navigate a vast 1,200 square kilometer landscape alongside 5,000 other participants per server. The game targets PC and mobile platforms with an anticipated second quarter 2026 release. Twelve unique environments await exploration, from Western settlements to frozen peaks.

Combat features diverse weaponry ranging from melee tools to heavy artillery against infected enemies. Zombie-like creatures and massive Titan mutants threaten player safety throughout the wasteland. Survivors can construct military vehicles like Bradley fighting machines and Sherman tanks for protection. Resource management becomes essential as characters must maintain hunger, thirst, and health levels. Territory control allows players to establish fortified bases with defensive structures and agricultural systems.
