The Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University rugby team departed for Nairobi on Thursday to compete in the 2025 Africa Universities Rugby Championship. The Rhinos qualified for the tournament after winning gold at the Zimbabwe Tertiary Institutions Sports Union games earlier this year. Coach Takudzwanashe Chinyemba expressed confidence in his squad's preparation, and the team has trained continuously since their ZTISU victory. The championship runs from Saturday through Sunday as part of the Federation de Sport Universities games.
