The Occupational Safety and Health Authority needs this registration. The countdown starts next year. Sangu made this announcement in Dar es Salaam at the OSHA offices in Kinondoni. This was his first visit since President Samia Suluhu Hassan put him in the job. He stressed that the agency's main job is to stop worker deaths, injuries, and sickness. Proper registration of every workplace is the first step for that. It lets OSHA enforce safety rules and do inspections.
