A Rising Star in Zimbabwe's Professional Development Scene: Meet Coach Molly Chuma.

Molly Chuma, known professionally as Coach Molly, has emerged as Harare's leading expert in grooming and etiquette coaching. Through her MC School of Etiquette, she transforms lives by teaching essential social and professional skills.

Her expertise spans multiple areas: confidence building, proper dining etiquette, communication skills, and professional conduct. She helps clients master body language, active listening, and appropriate dress codes for various occasions.

"I am a confidence, grooming, and etiquette coach, makeup artist, English teacher, and pastor," says Chuma, who turns 39 in March. She serves as both a pastor's wife and an active member at United Family International Church under Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa.

Her typical day starts early. For wedding preparations, she begins at 2 AM to ensure brides look perfect by 8 AM. On Sundays, she dedicates herself to church duties from 9 AM until 1 PM, arriving first and leaving last to attend to congregation needs.

The MC School of Etiquette offers specialized programs for children and corporate professionals. "Good educational qualifications need proper grooming to shape people's conduct and relationships," Chuma explains. Her influence extends through regular appearances on Capitalk Radio, where she shares grooming tips with listeners.

As a makeup artist, Chuma draws inspiration from Jacque Mgido, who has worked with Hollywood celebrities like Snoop Dogg and Jamie Foxx. She plans to open a comprehensive beauty and grooming center in Harare.

Her credentials include training from Allion Jefferson Academy in 2023. "God has always used me to help others with confidence building, but I perfected these skills at the academy," she says.

Recent achievements showcase her growing influence. In 2023, she participated in two major South African conferences as an etiquette expert. She shared platforms with notable professionals like Dr. Nkosilathi Shabalala and Zola Shabangu. In Harare, she spoke at the Audacious Queen Summit alongside business leader Dr. Divine Ndlukula.

Married to Mufudzi Chuma, she balances her career with family life, raising two sons aged 17 and 13. Her story represents her dedication to personal development and community service, making her a respected figure in Zimbabwe's professional development landscape.

Through her work, Coach Molly continues to shape confident, well-groomed individuals ready for success in both personal and professional spheres. Her commitment to excellence and service establishes new standards in Zimbabwe's professional development sector.
