Craig Mack’s widow claims he was deliberately infected with HIV

That Craig Mack AIDS story just got a dark new twist. The late Bad Boy rapper's ex-wife, Roxanne Alexis Hill Johnson, claims his illness was no accident. In a new interview, she alleges someone intentionally infected Mack with HIV. The Flava In Ya Ear artist, the first breakout star on Diddy's label, died from complications related to the disease back in 2018. His family only learned the true diagnosis two weeks before his passing, with a coroner suggesting he had been sick for a decade prior.

Hill Johnson firmly rejected rumors about the rapper's lifestyle, calling him a heterosexual man who loved women. She implied the infection was a targeted act, even recalling a warning Mack gave to another male artist about industry figures trying to poison people with diseases. These claims emerge as Bad Boy and its founder face intense legal scrutiny. Mack spent his final years in a South Carolina religious community, renouncing his music career. His ex-wife believes he may have refused treatment during that time. The family initially told the public he died from heart failure, respecting his wishes, but these new allegations suggest a more sinister narrative behind the hip hop pioneer's death.
