Creativa launches startup program to prep founders for investors

Egypt's startup scene just got another government-backed push. Creativa Innovation Hubs teamed up with GIZ Egypt and Flat6Labs to roll out the Creativa Founders Stage Program. This initiative targets very early companies, aiming to make them more attractive to investors. It plans to help founders tighten their business plans, build stronger financial models, and better align what they offer with market needs.

The effort falls under the national Creativa Innovation Hubs program run by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center implements it through the Information Technology Industry Development Agency. These hubs offer shared workspace, networking, workshops, and demo events to connect startups with the broader community.

This new founders program specifically focuses on giving startups the hands-on skills and guided mentorship needed for lasting growth. The goal is to prepare them for a smoother entry into the market, strengthening the entire entrepreneurial support network in the country.
