Cyberpunk 2077 2.3 update unleashes hands-free driving and new cars on July 17

CD Projekt RED releases the 2.3 update for Cyberpunk 2077 on July 17, introducing significant enhancements to vehicles and customization options. The patch adds three automobiles and one motorcycle to the game world, with full customization capabilities unlocked through dedicated missions. Players gain access to AutoDrive technology, enabling autonomous navigation to waypoints while experiencing Night City through enhanced cinematic perspectives. The Delamain transportation service expands its offerings to support automated travel, giving users additional methods for exploring the metropolitan environment.

Photo mode receives expanded functionality alongside general quality improvements and refined HDR display settings across all gaming platforms. PC users benefit from AMD FSR 3 and FSR 3.1 Frame Generation support, Intel XeSS 2.0 with Frame Generation capabilities, and Intel HDR 10 Gaming compatibility through updated graphics drivers. Console editions gain Variable Refresh Rate functionality with the latest update. The enhancement package arrives simultaneously with the game's debut on Mac systems, broadening the title's accessibility across multiple hardware configurations.
