Djansi calls out African men’s fragility, demands accountability

Leila Djansi blasted African guys for what she sees as fragile masculinity and misogyny, saying they only act tough with Black women because the system lets them get away with it. The filmmaker posted that these dudes would totally fold if they got paired with white women who have institutional backing, and she thinks they would be doing household chores within three months.

She basically argued that the power trips only work when men target women without strong social structures protecting them. Djansi said these guys would never demand submission from someone with the establishment behind her because the dynamics would flip fast, and the whole controlling behavior depends on cultural positioning that makes Black women easier targets for that kind of treatment.
