Drunk Corolla Driver Wrecks Parked Truck

A man crashed his red Toyota Corolla into a parked truck Friday afternoon on Aburi-Madina Highway. The driver lost control at high speed and hit the vehicle loading building blocks beside the road. Emergency workers found alcohol bottles scattered across the front passenger seat. The collision damaged the car's front end and spread debris across the roadway. Traffic stopped briefly but resumed after crews cleared the wreckage.

Eyewitness Justlord Estey saw the Toyota speeding before the accident happened around midday. The truck driver was loading construction materials when the car slammed into his vehicle. Police suspect the Toyota driver had been drinking before the crash occurred. The man suffered minor cuts and bruises from the impact. Paramedics took him to Mampong Hospital for medical treatment.

The accident created a temporary traffic jam during busy afternoon hours. Emergency responders arrived quickly and reopened all lanes within minutes. Officials have not released the driver's name to news reporters. Authorities continue investigating whether criminal charges will be filed against him. The Toyota carried registration number GS 6332-17 according to police records.
