Ntando Mkhulise, the former fiancé of singer Noma Khumalo, is hospitalized in intensive care after being shot outside his home. He stated that he fears for his life and believes the attack is connected to several legal complaints he filed against Khumalo.
Mkhulise reported multiple criminal cases against the former Idols SA winner, including charges of assault, theft, and property damage. He has since escalated his concerns to provincial police authorities, alleging a lack of investigation into his claims. While awaiting official responses, he received a threatening voice note warning him to drop the lawsuits.
Khumalo’s lawyer, Mhleli Mhlaba, previously acknowledged an existing case but indicated potential legal action over media reports. Mkhulise remains critically ill following surgery for his injuries.
