Former NASPA leader Nana Kofi Boakye praised past NSA head Osei Assibey Antwi for changes at the service agency. Boakye called Assibey's time a golden age with youth programs. The Metric app made ID cards easier with better money systems. The agency started using the Ghana Card to stop cheating.

The project gave 600 bags of rice to help school food programs. About 200 workers learned farm business skills through Jospong Group help.
