Fading giant BT forced to peddle Infobip messaging

BT and Infobip expanded their partnership to deliver artificial intelligence-powered communication services to multinational businesses worldwide. The collaboration combines BT's Global Voice and inbound contact capabilities with Infobip's cloud communications platform. Infobip became an authorized reseller of BT's Inbound Contact global services, while BT offers Infobip's messaging services to its customers. The partnership enables enterprises to unify customer contact centers into a single virtual network with integrated voice and messaging capabilities.

Organizations can access phone numbers in more than 130 countries and manage inbound calls in over 180 countries. The platform offers RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS messaging services with conversational AI capabilities, enabling human-like interactions at scale. Advanced AI enables enterprises to create intelligent customer journeys with prompts, eliminating the need for extensive coding. The expanded partnership delivers comprehensive services for global customer engagement through rich digital messaging and international toll-free numbers across channels.
