FCB rewards Nyasa Big Bullets players K500000 each after Airtel Top 8 triumph

First Capital Bank rewarded FCB Nyasa Big Bullets players with K500,000 each after their Airtel Top 8 championship victory. The team defeated Silver Strikers through a 4-3 penalty shootout following a 1-1 regulation time draw at Bingu National Stadium on Sunday. This triumph marks the fourth Airtel Top 8 title for Bullets and demonstrates their continued dominance in Malawian football. Head of Marketing and Communication Twikale Chirwa announced the financial reward on Monday as recognition for the squad's determination and performance. All 20 squad members will receive the cash bonus regardless of their playing time during the tournament.

The bank previously awarded Silver Strikers players K1 million each for defeating Bullets in the FCB at 30 Trophy friendly match earlier this month. Tournament organizers distributed K35 million to the champions while the runners-up collected K12 million in prize money.
