Fraud drama leaves two moms homeless, pensioners won’t budge

Some retired teacher in Omsk sold her place for 4 million rubles to Anna Savkina, a single mom with two kids, then immediately claimed she got scammed and refused to leave. The buyer went through a realtor and everything seemed legitimate when they closed the deal at the bank, but the seller filed suit, trying to cancel the transaction.

The pensioner brought a psychiatric report saying she was mentally incompetent but got destroyed when courts ordered a proper two-month evaluation that confirmed she was completely sane and functional. Meanwhile, Savkina got stuck paying a mortgage while bouncing between rental apartments because the former owner still lives in the property. The case keeps getting delayed because the seller claims she cannot attend hearings or suddenly falls ill, dragging this mess out for over a year.
