The collection contains almost 500 loops and phrases, totaling 1.1 GB of quality audio material. All recordings were made at speeds ranging from 90 to 126 BPM. Every bass phrase extends four bars or lasts about ten seconds max. The creators used two different bass guitars during the recording sessions. Most samples came from a classic 1970 Musicman Stingray, but they recorded certain fingered and plectrum loops using a Fender Jazz Bass instead.
