Garcia admits to Barcelona hamstring tightness after PSG loss

Barcelona defender Eric Garcia voiced frustration after his team fell to Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday in the second round of the Champions League group stage. Garcia noted Barcelona controlled the first half, and created opportunities before conceding a goal that shifted momentum to the visitors. The Spanish international was substituted because of hamstring tightness as his team chased the match in the second half.

Garcia acknowledged Barcelona struggled to press effectively after falling behind, and PSG capitalized with increased attacking pressure. He referenced last season's opening loss to Monaco, and stressed the team must move forward despite facing formidable opposition. The defender said a draw would have provided some consolation, but PSG sealed the victory with a second goal.
