Get that analog console feel with Mixbus 11

Harrison Audio released its newest recording software, Mixbus 11. The program brings the company's 50-year console-making experience into digital music production. Users can access Harrison's famous analog sound through the included 32C equalizer and signal processing tools.

The software features a redesigned interface with separate pages for recording, editing, and mixing tasks. A new Focus Channel lets musicians control all major sound elements on one screen, making it easier to work on laptop computers. The updated program includes clip launching for live performances and allows effects to be applied directly to audio regions.

Mixbus 11 costs $49.99 with the basic feature set. The Pro version sells for $149.99 and adds more advanced capabilities. Pro users gain access to an SSL SL9000J channel strip option and complete Dolby Atmos tools for creating spatial audio mixes.

The standard version includes 19 Harrison XT plugins covering equalizers, compressors, and reverb effects. Both versions feature improved transport controls and a property editor for selected audio regions. The interface works well with touch screens and supports multi-touch on Windows and Linux systems.
