Get your free acid synth for that 303 vibe

The Crow Hill Company just released another free music tool. Its name is "Vaults: Acid Synth," and it sounds exactly like the famous Roland TB-303 Bass Line—the machine that started acid house music. When you open it, you'll find a clean, easy-to-use screen. The makers built it to quickly create those classic 303 bass sounds we all know.

Two big knobs sit right in the middle for changing filter cutoff and resonance. Next to them, a Mod dial controls how much fake electricity hits the filter, giving you many sound options. The Decay knob affects all sound envelopes. Echo and Splosh buttons let you add built-in effects. Play overlapping notes, and you'll hear that signature "glide" effect the original TB-303 became famous for.

Your computer needs Windows 10 or newer if it's a PC. Mac users should have macOS 10.15 or something more recent. Musicians can pick from VST3, AU, or AAX plug-in formats depending on what their recording software likes best. Everyone can download Vaults: Acid Synth right away without paying anything.

Don't wait forever to grab this one! The company will replace it with different instruments soon. Once you download it before it disappears from their website, it stays in your account permanently. This happens with all their Vaults instruments—they come free but only show up on the site temporarily.
