In an Instagram post, Ghai noted that these films grossed Rs 800 crore and Rs 400 crore respectively in India alone, suggesting that when most releases earn Rs 100 crore domestically, they capture merely 12 percent of Jawan's reach or 25 percent of Saiyaara's potential.
