Ghana Fans Ready to Dump League Over Pitch Brawls

Ghana Sports Minister Kofi Adams warned football clubs about violence at stadiums. Fans might abandon local games for foreign leagues. Trouble started after Basake Holy Stars played Nations FC last weekend. Nations FC players left the field when referees made penalty calls they disliked. Adams fears losing most supporters if problems continue.

The minister spoke to Sporty FM about his concerns. He wants punishment for anyone causing trouble regardless of their status. Government spends money on sports buildings and programs across Ghana. These investments become useless if matches turn dangerous. Adams believes proper punishment stops future problems.

The Ghana Football Association launched an investigation into the stadium incident. Government officials still want to improve sports facilities nationwide. Clubs must keep peace during games to save the league. Violence could push devoted fans toward watching international matches. Adams hopes swift action prevents more stadium chaos.
