The 40-year-old Chinese citizen allegedly deceived a local businessman by promising to supply chrome, antimony, and copper while securing export permits. Prosecutors claim Jun collected $322,381 from the victim during June 2024 after making false promises about his mineral acquisition abilities. The defendant received $300 bail and must return to court on August 20, 2025.
