People living in St. Petersburg can help pick which areas need fixing up. The city started online voting today for residents to choose improvement sites across different parts of town. Each district offers two places that local officials selected based on city plans. According to city officials, residents must pick just one spot from all 36 places on the final list. The winning location becomes part of the "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" program.
