A community development program in Ntchisi District has begun distributing agricultural resources to 400 farmers organized under Traditional Authority Chawanda and Senior Chief Kalumo. Clifford Kawinga, founder of All Salvation Ministries International, established the Hope Field Initiative to strengthen food security through sustainable farming practices. Each participating club receives solar irrigation equipment, 50 fertilizer bags, maize seeds and additional farming materials.
The ministry is committed to purchasing harvested crops, providing participants with guaranteed income from their production. Kawinga stated that the program combines practical agricultural assistance with spiritual development, emphasizing faith and responsible resource management as foundations for rural transformation.
