IK Multimedia's new iLoud Precision MkII makes your old ones junk

IK Multimedia launched the iLoud Precision MkII studio monitors with their advanced ARC X acoustic correction technology. These speakers are designed for music producers, mixers, and content creators who seek enhanced transparency and accuracy. The company redesigned the monitors with graphene-reinforced tweeters that reduce distortion while improving clarity. Updated enclosures deliver better transient response and more precise soundstage reproduction. Built-in mounting systems and optional metal brackets facilitate accurate positioning for desktop or immersive audio configurations.

The monitors feature a linear phase design with a frequency response ranging from 45 Hz to 30 kHz, within a ±1 dB tolerance. Low-end extension reaches 37 Hz at -4 dB for full-spectrum reference accuracy. THE ARC X system replaces the previous ARC 4 and X-MONITOR software by automatically analyzing rooms in three dimensions. The technology generates correction profiles stored directly on monitors and emulates over 20 different playback systems. Precision 5 MkII costs €699.99 each, Precision 6 MkII costs €799.99 each, and Precision MTM MkII costs €899.99 each.
