Intel's Arc B390 iGPU doubles Radeon 890M score

New performance data for Intel's upcoming Panther Lake processors indicates a major generational improvement in its integrated graphics. A leaker using the handle OneRaichu reported that the flagship model, identified as the Arc B390 iGPU with twelve Xe3 cores, achieved a score of approximately 7,000 points in the Time Spy Graphics benchmark.

This result would place the integrated solution roughly twelve percent ahead of a desktop GeForce RTX 3050. It also represents a performance doubling over AMD's current Radeon 890M and Intel's own previous Arc 140T graphics. The same source indicated the chip also performed strongly in the Steel Nomad Light test.

While synthetic benchmarks often favor Intel architecture, the reported leap suggests Panther Lake could become a compelling option for future gaming handhelds. This performance would position it as a powerful yet potentially more affordable alternative to other advanced integrated solutions.
